Terms of service

Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description; if we do, we'll refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown at checkout in your selected currency and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Prices may change, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images. Please follow any instructions supplied with the product and only use it as intended. Always ensure devices are securely fitted and never interact with a device while driving.

Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect or business losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you live elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
